Pressure Washing Rates:

 LOW PRESSURE - House Siding Wash
Small  (900 - 1500 sq feet) $250
Medium  (1500 sq feet) to (2000 sq feet) $340
Large  (2001 sq feet) to (3000 sq feet) $450
Big (3001 sq feet) to (4000 sq feet) $550
Monster (4001 sq feet) to (5000 sq feet) $650

Max 2 level homes - $70 additional for ladder setup and difficulty

Asphalt and Concrete - Driveway, Stairs, Walkways, Patios or Flagstones etc.
.28 cents per square foot

LOW PRESSURE - Deck and Fence Washing
Washing Wood Fences or Decking .25 cents per square foot
