Cleaning BBQ Grills
The best time to clean a grill is right after cooking, when the grill is still warm but not hot. Take a piece of aluminum foil, ball it up, and use it to scrub grill.
Greasy, encrusted bbq grill
Make it hot, hot, hot! Crank up the heat of burners to the high position. Wait until the maximal temperature has reached the top of the thermometer. If you have no thermometer or other temperature readers, simply wait 5 minutes as it is the time that it takes to reach the maximal temperature. Then shut everything off and open the lid of the barbecue to proceed in cleaning up the grill of the barbecue.
Then use a wire brush to clean off.
